What We Provide
We provide instrumental, vocal and music theory training for all levels, styles and ages. We cover a variety of curricula such as ABRSM, Trinity, Rockschool(RSL) and RGT. All lessons are tailored to the unique requirements and needs of each student, whether that is preparation for Grades or simply skill and repertoire development.
RATES Our minimum lesson length is 30 minutes. Additionally we do offer 45 minutes and 1 hour long lessons. More than one lesson per week can be accommodated if required. Our rates are: 1 hour £42 30 min £22 45 min £33 PAYMENT POLICY All lessons must be prepaid at the start of each month. Payment confirms your booking and secures your lesson schedule. Payments are only accepted via bank transfer. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All lessons are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. Each student is allowed a maximum of three cancellations per academic year, excluding public holidays. (Please refer to our term dates.) Any lessons cancelled beyond the allotted three-lesson allowance will be charged at the regular rate. Please be aware that students with more than two cancellations may forfeit their permanent time slot. In such cases, they can coordinate with us to secure a flexible slot based on tutor availability. Flexible slots will be arranged on a monthly basis, with a specific number of prepaid lessons agreed upon. Once these lessons are confirmed, cancellations will not be accommodated.
Please note that cancellation notices will only be accepted up to one day prior to your scheduled lesson. You can notify us anytime between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm via email at [email protected] or by text at 07503214467.
Same-day cancellations will be charged as usual and lessons are non- refundable.
Termination Policy At JCM, we strive to provide the best possible experience for all our students. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to terminate your enrolment with us. To ensure a smooth process for both parties, we have implemented a one-month notice termination policy. How It Works: Notice Period: If you wish to terminate your enrolment with JCM, we require a minimum of one month's notice. This allows us to make necessary adjustments and ensure a seamless transition for you. Notification: Please notify us of your intention to terminate your enrolment in writing, stating the effective date of termination. You can submit your notice via email. Payment: You are responsible for payment of tuition fees for the entire notice period, even if you choose not to attend classes during this time. Effective Date: Your termination will be effective one month from the date we receive your written notice. Final Settlement: Any outstanding balances or obligations must be settled before the termination becomes effective.
