September 2023/24 info, new rates and timetable

Dear JCM parents & students,
I hope you are all well and had a relaxing summer break. 
Please find below the new updated cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All lessons are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy.
Each student is allowed a maximum of three cancellations per academic year, excluding public holidays. (Please refer to our term dates.)
Any lessons cancelled beyond the allotted three-lesson allowance will be charged at the regular rate.
Please be aware that students with more than two cancellations may forfeit their permanent time slot. In such cases, they can coordinate with us to secure a flexible slot based on tutor availability.
Flexible slots will be arranged on a monthly basis, with a specific number of prepaid lessons agreed upon. Once these lessons are confirmed, cancellations will not be accommodated.

30 minutes lesson - £19.50
1 hour lesson - £38
 
These rates are the same across all instruments and tutors.
